Worst client experience. The tickets didn't arrive on time and I had to call for two consecutive days. The last day I had to wait for more than 45 min for someone to talk with me.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took over 30 minutes to ever speak to someone, days to reply to emails! Granted flights being cancelled wasn’t their fault but the customer service was awful. If I’d not emailed about getting my refund then I don’t think they were ever going to pay it! Don’t use them!!!

With a last minute flight cancellation, Ayesha could not have helped us anymore than she did. She is an asset to TravelUp and I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.

Travelup is Cheating Customers
We have booked a flight through your website Traveup. But at the end they just keep increasing the price and saying research or search again very bad service and website just westing time don’t trust that website!! It is just west of time

MENTAL BREAKDOWN FROM THIS COMPANY. Our returning BA flight was cancelled earlier this month. I have sent over 10 emails stating our situation and the refund we are entitled to. Having phoned the company 7 times, never once has anyone in customer service been helpful. ‘Someone will reply in 24-48 hours’ is their default line and of course no one ever has responded. They have told me ‘to hold’ then never picked the phone back up or I have been hung up on. I am not a difficult customer and have been very polite but booking flights through this company has caused me to be in floods of tears on the phone, do I continue to phone and email this company even when they caused me so much mental anguish?
